I was wondering if it's possible that SP training/certificate can be exchanged for college credits? Like free electives or something like that? I wonder if the community college that I go to could exchange credits for flight training? I'm a business administration major so I wonder if this is possible. I used to be an aviation flight technology major and took PPL ground school in my first semester of community college before switching to business in the second semester.

Sometimes, but usually only when the license/certification is directly related to your major and the college also offers a similar course (for example, if you were still majoring in aviation flight technology you might be able to get credit for ground school and related classes if you were already a licensed pilot).

I did in fact got ground school credits, but that was for PPL. They have flight training credits but it's only for PPL and up to Commercial.
