Re: The more i learn the less i know

As far as I'm concerned, the PP has earned those extra privileges. I just don’t see it - it is all about a medical certificate. PP t...

Re: Low and slow XC prep

I got stuck in Crewe, VA for 2 weeks back when I was a kid with no instrument rating. Fortunately, I was at my grandmother's house.

Re: Low and slow XC prep

As I said, take plenty of cash and two credit cards. A two or three day trip can turn into a two week trip. You also never know when your credit card will get hacked and you need to shut it down. That happens to me about once a year. It just happened again last week. Someone charged a $215.99 item t...

Re: Low and slow XC prep

Airspeed would be right with the flow of traffic. Just stay in the right lane.

Re: Sport Pilot Training Seattle/Tacoma/Olympia

The Cessna C162 SkyCatcher would be an excellent airplane in which to learn to fly. That is, if you don't weigh 250 pounds.

Re: Low and slow XC prep

I don't agree. And you will say of course you don't. Discussions are easy when the participants are not unyielding, and get upset when someone doesn't agree with thier views. their views. Sure pick on the guy with a disability. I can't help it if I have a little dyslexic tendency when typing. At le...

I have free WingX but still pay for iFly GPS. That's how good it is and easy to use.

Re: Low and slow XC prep

The Sentry looks like a good option. You can get the exact same results with a Stratux for less cost. I would use that in conjunction with iPad and iFly GPS or some other full feature app. I prefer iFly GPS, but there are many other choices.
