UL 94 shortage

I mainly fly on 91 non-ethanol I get from a nearby place but now and then I fill up with UL 94 which used to be available at 3 airports within 30 minutes flight from my place.

All 3 airports now have their UL 94 pumps placated with “UL 94 not available” - wonder if this is coincidence or some kind of ( unfortunate) trend - COVID related perhaps ?
