Hi;

I've been away from the forum for awhile and I was wondering about the status of the LSA changes (weight increase, etc.). The last I heard is that the changes are to be sent out for comment in mid 2022 and it might become law by the end of 2023. Anyone heard different?

The NRPM will need to be published by around AirVenture to make the timeline for the end of 2023. However, some indications I've seen from AOPA interviews and a conference I was on gives me a feeling they're behind schedule. They've hooked a lot of issues on MOSAIC, some non-LSA specific line items seem to be the speed bumps.
