Legitimate aviation companies?

nyone have experience with Alion Aviation and Innov Aviation? The two are partners in bring the FX1, an SLSA high wing, tip-mount engine in a tractor configuration, to the US. Dealing with overseas sales can be a real bit$h.

I think I saw this plane or one with the same design in Sebring a few years ago but it was not part of the show.
