New GI Bill Allowing Sport Training?

It appears the revisions to the GI Bill would allow part time flight training, any one have any info on whether or not this would be applicable to sport or private pilot training? If you read the revisions http://www.gop.gov/bill/111/2/s3447 it appears it would open the door for such training.

I sent that question to AOPA a week or so. Still waiting to hear back. The old bill did not allow any sort of primary training. I'm interested to know if the new one does or not too. If it does though, it's still going to be pretty limiting as it is clear that the school needs to be part 141 and nearly all of the current sport pilot schools are part 61.
