I think the real issue is that you need a reason to fly. Shooting landings all day is going to get old quickly so you need a place to go and reason to go there. Both Maryland and Virginia have similar programs where they issue a "passport" and you fly to every airport in the state and get...

FYI, Lanier bought back the carcass and is using it for spare parts on the remaining SkyCatcher. They're also looking to buy another one.
