How does converting from SLSA to ELSA affect insurance rates?

Not sure that actually answers the question. Those FAQ's refer mainly to the 2020 mandate for ADS-B Out. I don't know that it specifies that a flight plan should list ADSB-In equipage if such equipage is not permanently mounted in the aircraft.

I do it every other Annual on my Sting. Not that big a deal, but easier with two people.

I, for one, would not take much stock in what someone says about dates when their goal is to sell airplanes (I refer to Ken, not Dan).
