Found a training center close to home

I stopped by the local airport (2w6) Leoarndtown, St. Maries county, MD. I went to the flight school, Piedmont Flight Center and i asked them if they taught Sport Pilots and they said yes. So now i don't have to drive 3 hours to the Bay Bridge. He said he has a Piper Cub. It will be a few more month...

HI All, I haven't started yet but i didn't want Ct Flyer to be alone here.
I'm gonna try to get started before the first of the year, I might need ot get a job by then and that would get in the way of learning to fly

Thanks Hellen, is there any chance you can fly down here to the St. Mary's county airport and pick me up when i get the money?

Hi Ken - Take a quick hop across the bay bridge and start your lessons! Gerald Hi I plan on going over there when I get the funds, but it's not a quick hop. I underestamated the time and now I think it may take me about 3 hours to get there. I might found a campground to stay in while I train. Ken
