Flying With Dog
I put my dog in a pet carrier in my LSA and secure it with the safety belt. What do other folks do? Can you trust them not to jump on your lap or play with the control stick?

Re: Flying With Dog
Baxter, my previous golden retriever, used to fly in the back seat of my 172. He loved to fly, and would get excited when we got a block or two from the airport. He literally jumped into the back seat raring to go.
Sadly, Jason my current golden, gets motion sick; I'd be afraid to take him up in my LSA fearing he'd barf all over and possibly interfere with my control of the plane.

Both of our Australian Shepards seem to enjoy flying with us. They just jump in the baggage compartment and off we go!

Flying with Delta full name “Delta Oscar Golf” my lab in the back of the RV12.
She loves to go.

Question:
For those of you who have used the Mutt Muffs or similar, have their use caused any ear complications on the animals? I suspect the muffs would cause more perspiration in the ear canals, which would increase the likelihood of ear infection.
Just wondering.

That would be great, David. Call first, and I'll roll out the RV carpet.
