Lets see, You could have an airplane that glowed in the dark with all instruments bonded on. no need for NAV lites. Also all wires could be printed on the airplane like a circuit board. cover the airplane in a printed grid and just like playing battleship connect the dots. Less weight and no corrosion.

How about a forward looking camera and use printed bucky paper to makee the parts disappear. Could it be done so you did not see any airplane structure in front of you?

Lots of neat uses. Structural too.

The article says that the buckminsterfullerene molecules are spherical in shape and are therefore nicknamed buckeyballs.
Hmmm.....that would be an interesting call sign.
