Just found this inspirational thread!

We’re considering leaving California for a number of reasons. Apart from the mentioned potential issues, an airpark sounds like a wonderful place to live.

The airport itself is nice with a great restaurant, Open Wed-thru-Mon, breakfast and lunch. By the looks of it, the house needs a makeover, other in the smal development are way nicer.
