(A) I doubt it, and
(B) Mine aren't certified.

Late post but according to https://www.rotax-owner.com/pdf/IM_912_ ... 2_R1_E.pdf the Rotax's electrical system including ignition modules are tested against interference including from lightning EMP and protected. It says "The engine complies with the electromagnetic interference and lightning strike requirements of DO-160C, section 18, 20-22 and IEC 801-2" and lists tests that were carried out.
