Flying in the Keys?

A non-pilot friend of mine will be vacationing in the keys. He is interested in a tourism flight for his family and / or intro flights.

Tourism / sightseeing flight operations range from excellent to highly risky.

Can anyone recommend safe and reputable flying resource in the area?
