Well, I’m now officially a Sport Pilot. It still doesn’t feel real... maybe it will once the Airman Registry updates and I get the plastic certificate in the mail.

I tested with DPE Dan Kenley in Abilene, with whom I’m pictured below. I was over-prepared due to the fantastic instruction, encouragement, and support from Amanda Smolik and Sherman Gardner at In The Pattern. I’ll mention once again, I highly recommend them for flight training, Sport and/or any other level, as well as aircraft rental. http://www.inthepattern.com

And as usual, the Jabiru flew flawlessly. What an awesome airplane.

Congratulations, Grant! You now have a license to learn. I've been certificated for 56 years and am still learning every time I fly. :D
