Testing, testing,...
Going to take my written tomorrow morning. If I can just manage to remember how many days I have to report a dui conviction I should be able to squeak by.
Strange place for testing: http://www.shophrs.com It's a restaurant supply and food safety training business. Maybe I can pick up a new set of pots while I'm there.
Anyway, wish me luck!

I got tripped up on the test on the question of WHERE to report it. I got no weight and balance questions on my written, but I did get the question of what government agency to report a DUI conviction to.

FAR Part 61.15(e)
Each person holding a certificate issued under this part shall provide a written report of each motor vehicle action to the FAA, Civil Aviation Security Division (AMC-700), P.O. Box 25810, Oklahoma City OK 73125, not later than 60 days after the motor vehicle action.
Good Luck! Relax and enjoy. You've got This!

I've always wondered what they mean by motor vehicle action. Accident? Speeding ticket? Parking ticket? I've had at least one of each, and never reported them.
The opinions posted are those of one CFI, and do not necessarily represent the FAA or its lawyers.
